This City of Colorado Springs project, included 30,000 SY of full depth concrete removal and replacement at a 16” depth. The extreme demands of the schedule to complete this work during the winter season in 5 months with 2 phases, 4 milestones, and $10,000 dollar per day liquidated damages made it an intimidating project. However, Concrete Works of Colorado tackled this challenge head-on and completed it within contract allotted time.
