Denver CO – Tennyson Street

This City of Denver project consisted of street-scape and street reconstruction of full ROW width on Tennyson Street from 38th Avenue to 44th Avenue.  Street-scape scope included corner bulb-outs, widened sidewalks, street lighting upgrade to current standards, pedestrian lighting, street trees, site furniture, seat walls, bike racks, and trash & recycling bins. In addition, abandoned trolley tracks were removed and pavers were incorporated into the street-scape. Street Reconstruction scope included the removal of existing asphalt and replacement with concrete roadway. Existing curb and gutter was upgraded to current standards and an underground storm drainage system was introduced to collect surface storm-water runoff.
